All estimates provided through our website or in person are based on the information provided and are not binding until confirmed in a signed service agreement. Prices may vary depending on actual site conditions or changes in scope.

Once work begins, all services are provided according to the written agreement signed by the client and Santo Performance Studio. This agreement outlines the scope of work, estimated timeline, payment terms, and responsibilities of both parties.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Work may be paused if payment is not received as agreed.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Certain deposits may be non-refundable depending on the materials purchased or work already performed.
6. Warranties & Liability
We stand behind the quality of our work. If an issue arises, we ask that you contact us promptly so we can address it. However, Santo Performance Studio is not responsible for:
Damage caused by weather, acts of God, or misuse after service is completed
Plant performance beyond standard care guidelines
Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including logos, text, images, and graphics—is the property of Santo Performance Studio and may not be used or reproduced without our permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dedicated Jiu Jitsu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or services.
